Christmas special: Not only are we offering free postage on all CoolBoard balance board packages, we can take orders for Christmas deliveries right up until noon on the 23rd of December! After a friendly chat with our couriers they have agreed to pick up our orders at the end on the 23rd and get them out to all of you on the 24th, Christmas Eve. Perfect for last minute prezzy shopping!

This only counts for CoolBoard balance board home and rehab packages, if you're ordering accessories please call or email us for Christmas delivery times. As we all know, very occasionally there is a hic-up in delivery, so to be absolutely sure try and order a little earlier. Happy Christmas!

We wanna get your new CoolBoard balance board into your hand as quickly as possible - so we'll have our couriers pick your CoolBoard balance board up the working day after you place your order... they then guarantee to have it at your chosen destination within 48hrs, but they often beat this by 24hrs.

So if you order now, your CoolBoard balance board could be with you by the day after tomorrow, and certainly the day after that, capish?

Unfortunately, for legal reasons, we have to acknowledge that a problem may happen that disrupts our free flowing delivery system! Due to this we have to say that we guarantee delivery within 28 days.

Returns:

Touch some lovely wood - so far we have had none! A few people have ordered the wrong size for money or travel reasons, but we generally catch these. If you manage to get the wrong size, we'll be happy to swap it for the right size, but you'll have to cover the postage and any extra owing for the board.

If your CoolBoard balance board fails due to any manufacturing or materials defects, we'll happily replace it free of charge, all we ask is that you send us the broken board (we'll cover the postage) so we can work out what went wrong.

Do remember that over time, your balls and grip-tape will wear. This is normal, like a bike tyre, and we sell replacements in our shop. You may just want to change the look or feel of your CoolBoard balance board, so check out our options...
