CoolBoarding in the Gym:
Adam Powell, his partner Alex and their new personal trainer Ed have been regularly using CoolBoards to help train their clients for the last 5 months. We recently went so see how they're getting on.
They saw the potential of CoolBoard as a useful surface to introduce a controlled amount of instability into exercises. They are proving that it works, using it with a variety clients of all levels and abilities.
Apparently, CoolBoard caused quite a stir when it first turned up, and their clients say they enjoy training with a CoolBoard finding it more varied and interesting.
Adam says that his clients experience all the benefits we said they should, and that CoolBoard has become an invaluable training tool. Every day Adam and his team are coming up with new ways of using CoolBoard, finding new uses and increasing effectiveness of existing exercises.
