This is why our Medicine Balls are 'Advanced'. The Strength Balls have a low bounce so they must be thrown harder to achieve a good bounce, pushing your muscles. Quickness Balls have a high bounce so they bounce back very quickly. This opens up new polymetric training possibilities enabling you to condition your body and hone your reactions like never before.
